164 V6 12 valve air flow meter

I have A flow meter, think it's 12v, 24s are bigger.

I have one that was the cause of my stalling at idle problem. Depends what sort of tinkering you want to do!

Chris, I have a BMW 635 afm, that according to the V6 tuning book is a plug and play swap, it isn't as they have different loom plugs, but I suspect that a bit of component swapping may be the answer, that said I don't want to use my current afm, in case I'm wrong

I contacted the bloke I bought the afm from (two years later) and it was 'No problem, what exactly do you need? and I'll swap them over'
So now I've got the swapped one, plug and play, fitted it to the car Friday, just got to sort out the new filter now. Much bigger diameter, and seems to pick up quicker, idles and runs normally, but I don't suppose I'll now for certain until I get it on the road for a run.
