This might already have been done (and perhaps I have missed it!), but I was thinking it would be worthwhile having a register of colour schemes? I know when I was considering colour schemes for my Corse I spent ages trawling the net looking to see what versions had been available and what other people had done.

What does everyone think...worthwhile or not?

I'd be happy to start compiling something if there's a consensus that it's worth while (or hasn't already been done)....

Sounds like a good idea to me, Like many people I looked at many colour schemes before deciding on mine. It would be good to have all the info in one place along with who has done which colour scheme.

Heres one idea for a format:
When the gallery is working Properly It could be in the form of a gallery, with a picture of the colour scheme with the car painted in the colour scheme listed in the comments.
I assume the gallery could be locked so that whoever was maintaining the list was the only one with access.

Or if anyone has a different idea.

Marcoos . . . Go for it

you can use the information from "Nellie's new coat" as she is a similar scheme to the 1982 Casciana Terme Rally, "Jensen/Olympus" and also "Eric" is copy of the 1979 Monte Carlo - Darniche car

good luck

I will set up the area in the Gallery just as soon as they fix the current issue.

I have to say that it is looking more and more likely that the Gallery will have to be removed and then re-installed the fix the issue, meaning we will loose the photos we currently have so please hang on in there until this has happened if it has to.

Thanks
Ian

OK, so do we wait for the gallery then? I'm not too sure how that would work - could each of us upload colour schemes that we came across, or would we send them to a moderator to upload for us? As long as it's easy to do, and we don't run the risk of losing it all if the gremlins attack.....

It might be worth just starting a file off line and then we can pass to the moderator when the time is right?

Let's get it working correctly first.

An album can then be made and you can all add to it if thats the way you want them added, just like posting a normal photo.

Gremlins...... you never know when they will change, I try not to feed them after midnight, or get them wet, but you just never know!!!!
