Sorry guys to ask a question regarding my Alpine.
Does anyone know what type of paint this is? I am looking for the Englisch name so i can search the web.
I know of VHT wrinkle paint but this is not the same.

Looks very similar to a stone-chip to me, if not a bit more grainy - Halfords do it in a can it might be worth trying a sample (do you have Halfords in Holland !!)
I put the TV antennas on top of that big concrete tower in Arnhem about 25 years ago and got into a spot of trouble as i tripped off the entire Dutch TV network which began relaying my test signals instead of the TV programming ! Doh. Happy days !

Hi Pim,

I don't know either, but it seems to be described (within Alfa Sprint owners) as 'pebble' finish.
There is a paint mentioned in this thread 'Zolatone'
(Alfa thread (http://www.alfabb.com/bb/forums/gt-1963-1977/187581-giulia-sprint-veloce-woodgrain.html))

Here's another Alfa thread mentioning graviguard and Halfords textured paint (here (http://www.alfabb.com/bb/forums/gt-1963-1977/204863-64-sprint-gt-dashboard-3.html))
