Image wheels

I bought a set of coffin spokes from Craig from Image.
After some wobbling I spent some time looking very carefully.
Image had only counterbored the wheels 12mm but the hub projection was more.
This meant the wheel was not fully clamping down on the disc bell.
Couple if emails to Craig and Image and Image collected, took them apart, counterbored, repainted, reassembled and sent back.
Great support from Craig and Image.

They are prone to the odd mistake, but they are also very good at sorting them out aren't they. The wheels I bought for my car came with polished centers, not the silver paint as I'd ordered. Same as yourself Steve, they picked them up, sorted them and returned them no bother. Very helpful if you have problems later on too. Needed a wheel rim section replacing on the old Marcos after a front upright broke and they were quick & reasonable.
