....Well Garage find.
One I made earlier for Will when he was about 2 or 3 so about 16 years ago... Real Life Toys Jeep (now Toylander).
With the garage clearance in progress I finally got to this after being sat for over 10 years.
Needs a new Battery but bit of a clean off an this would be good to go again. We only ever had it out about 10 times. So probably only 10 hours use max!
It was made from plans out of MDF with alloy wing tops and all new parts from RLT ( this was the same chap that sold a kit car in a scaled up version. I think they were White Rose Vehicles?? I think SVA Probably killed that one off before it killed someone.... Fine for a kid at 4 mph but may have been a bit risky for a road car!!!!
Might clean up and put on eBay, or if anyone has a young one in mind that would love this, then it would be a very easy quick recommission and make a great daily driver
-Needs battery, attention to windscreen hinge, but still clips in 'up' position.
Quick spec
Made using all new parts including new wheels and tyres/ electrics
UK wheelchair motor with Alloy gear casing
'soft start' electronics for younger ones to get the hang of driving
chain drive with 4 mph gearing
Emergency cut off key for adult ( can be used with a long cord)
working lights and horn.
Forward and reverse switch
Friction Brakes and fly off Handbrake
Folding widescreen
Under bonnet storage.
Even found the original handbook and paperwork and the green paint!
As is, I'd take offers over £300 to a good home here, if any one is interested.
