View Full Version : Just Joined From Phoenix Arizona
Hi,
I just joined the club from sunny Arizona, I'm originally from Birmingham so I can understand the lingo on this forum just fine.
I bought the unfinished kit from Tony (Booeyman) who posted on this forum.
My plan is to build it up as is then covert it to a different engine.
I'm sure that I will have plenty of questions for you lot as I go through the process/adventure, especially since I suspect a lot of the parts are not readily available this side of the pond.
thanks in advance for your help!!
David

Hi Nigel I was in Hall Green South Birmingham
I'm not having much luck posting a picture... I need to find a teenager to help me!
I think you can drag and drop a picture into the reply text box, or you can hit the pic of the tree above and it allows you to browse for a pic.
I'm sure its easy but after swearing at the computer for the last 30 mins I will have to regain my composure!!
I can see how to add it in the quick reply box but when I select the file it doesn't give me the final "ok or cancel" buttons to submit it. Probably something simple that appears above my pay grade. Luckily the car is ugly right now!
Hi David and welcome
this way works for me....
Choose 'go advanced' in the reply, then scroll down to 'manage attachments'
choose your file(s) and then click upload.
You may have to close that screen if it doesn't automatically close but that's it, then you can post or prievew with your pics.
hope that helps

I don't recall this car but good for you nevertheless. It looks like you have a good place to start!
I'm not surprised that you haven't seen it, it's been in this condition for the past 15 years locked up in a garage.
Mines been in the garage for three years almost. After a while they get comfortable in there. Need to finish mine soon.
