Hi all Fellows

I'm searching a pair of mounting brackets for using with my original gp 4 exhaust silencers
I would like to put on my car only for exhibition not for using on roads or trackdays (not homologated for that)

Does anyone have this one for sale or knows seller for these mounting brackets?

Thanks for help

I've seen lots of cars with these type of brackets fitted and no two are identical. It's probably the next mod for my car and I'll get them made by the same people who do the pipes/silencers/

Thanks Guy!
If you have to order these brackets soon, do you think it would be possible to have a couple more ? If it is I'll be really interested with!

Fred ... Was just wondering if any bracket can suit any chassis ? ; would it be advisable to have them done bespoke ?

Depending mainly and probably if your chassis and your exhaust and their position are strictly similar to Guy ones .....

Of course it's depending of the type of chassis and Guy hawk one is certainly a bit different of my Corse one...
But maybe I could do some modification for fitting attachement but not sure!
LB are also different type of rear chassis...

Hi
I have a taken loads of photos of my exhaust system as I was building it, my silencer brackets are a copy of several other Hawk ones I have seen, mainly Vince's, Kens, and ChrisC's, but with my take on a few bits.
I can give you some dimensions of the various parts if that would help.

Hi Paul

Thanks for these photos of your mounting brackets...Nice done!
Are they welded on the chassis? Which dimensions (HxLxW) in mm?

Hi.
Here are a few more photos of the exhaust mounts, they are bolted up through the rear chassis sections.

If you need sizes, let me know what part and I can go and measure it.

Hi Paul - have you modified the rear clip hangers? There's a gusset on the bottom of the support that's not there on my car. (I think that they could do with a dollop of waxoyl inside too!)
My exhaust has a mounting that runs left to right through the supports and that's what I'll stay with when I do the exhaust hangers for mine.

Guy,
Here are a few more pics of the mounts and webs on the the chassis extensions.
I got the idea off Ken's car, It's just a way of making it look a little bit less like a piece of box section hanging out the back.

That's a nice job Paul but probably not easy to do on my Corse rear chassis looking very different than Hawk one!!

Thanks for your help!
