It's a Corse I, by the looks?
I'm sure John D. will be able to add some info to this?:

How it could look (same kit?):

It doesn't look to be worth 15K without paint although you know its cost a fair bit more than that to get it to the current stage.
Shame not to finish it and then try to sell it with IVA and registration for double the current price?
A lick of paint would transform it for sure.
It looks a similar kit/spec to Tim Pages car but with the same wheels as Mick W used and a 24v in place of the 12v.
Pauls car is a bit more of a hybrid with the last generation Corse chassis fitted with LB bodywork and wheels.

The Corse specific LB wheels make this car.
The unfinished car would just have to have them.

No longer listed on ebay. 'Don't know what happened. It was getting a lot of views.

It was in grey primer and had the billet Image coffin spokes, the same wheels that Mick Worrall's Olio Fiat Corse I had.

I didn't get to see that on EBay.
Was it in Cornwall?

That's weird. Last I heard of this car it was being worked on in Cornwall.
Duns of course is not far from where the Pirelli liveried Corse originated which sold at auction last year.

Looks to be being built to a reasonable spec - Brakes, Wheels Tyres 24V Emerald etc.

I am selling my Lancia Stratos replica kit car. The car is a Napiersport Corse I. It has everything required to finish the car except for one headlight. The windscreen isn't fitted but is present along with the rally lamp pod, windscreen wiper, all the rubber seals, receipts, build manual, fitted car cover and various spares / alternate parts. The car is almost finished with just a bit of bodywork, paint, and some tidying up left to do.
All new parts were used to get it to this stage except for the engine and gearbox which were both rebuilt by Alan Jeffrey in Plymouth so the car should be able to be registered as a new car.
The wiring was done by ScoobyBits in Cornwall and there is a video of the car running on their facebook page.
The engine is a 3.0 24v v6 from an Alfa 164 cloverleaf running on an emerald ecu.
These are a very rare car and prices for completed ones are rising.

It is indeed marked as sold.
How quick was that?

I see it's a runner, from Pim's link above.

It did indeed sell quickly then. As Craig says it probably cost more than the asking price to get as far as it did.
IIRC it was sold in 2005/2006 to the original buyer in Daventry.
Last I heard he was waiting for bits off Lionel which had been paid for but not yet arrived......
Drive shafts and exhaust I think, but it obviously has both now.
It could make a good car for sure but as always it will be a bit of a struggle to turn the Corse bodywork into a gem.
