Cheap - because it's got a snapped belt so in need of a rebuild. And been stood a while.

The engine loom on these will be different from the 164 era ones, won't it?

highly likely Chris! Gear linkage too. That'll be cables.

It’ll be a CF3 engine with the ECU bolted to the plenum. Really quite different to the 164 vintage engine.

That's just a terminally split hose. The AFM is in the top of the airbox just below what is visible in the bottom right of the engine bay.
