I think the expression "Kinell!" is a reasonable response to this one...!
I know I posited that prices are rising, and are possibly somewhat greater than we think, in my recent "Rant" thread, but I feel that this one's a bit ahead of the curve in that respect...

I live 3 miles from a place called Kinnell. Honest.
Price seems fine to me.

The one near Killin? Friend of mine has a place on the main drag there...remember seeing "Kinnell" on the map when I was looking and had a wee "fnarr" moment :)
This all means I'm slowly narrowing down and zeroing in on where you live, y'know...
And, talking of zeros, you did count the correct number of them on that price, didn't ya...?
Naw, a different one near Friockheim (which is also only a few miles from a place called Lucky Slap... yup, seriously again)
Yup, counted all the zeros. All good. Just wait a few years till the 2019/20 LB's hit the 2nd hand market. That will be seen as a cheap one ;)
err... apart from the ones wiv blue wheels

Ah, you're not far from Arbroath then, land of smokies and declarations.
I'm expecting the blue-wheeled motors, if and when they ever come up for sale, to be fetching close to the prices paid for genuine Stratoses....well, 20 years ago :) :)
Hasn't that been for sale for quite a while?
From me, that's quite far, Kinnell.

Is that 'FIAT ARBROATH' Norm?, the Scottish arm of go faster parts for Fiats.

Imagine that - it'd have quite a loud exhaust, in a Scottish accent!

This, ("Fiat Arbroath") was an actual 'Mrs. Malaprop' that a friend of our's used to say.
He's no longer with us, but it was very poignant to see one of the racing cars he'd built, still being used, on display at the 750MC stand at Silverstone at the weekend.
As long as the Fiat Arbroath was maroon in colour and could accelerate to a world record score of 0-36 in 90 minutes then it would fit right in ;)
