V5 on Stratos replica. I have car with documents but year is 2004, i need older

What you are asking isn't possible! Nobody will give up a V5 for a Stratos replica because then they won't be able to use their car in the UK.

Do you have a Stratos replica you need to register in Czechoslovakia? Was it registered properly in the UK? What does your registration document say?
