Original Stratos Handbook in English

Educated Stratos Types,

Does anyone know if there ever was a Stratos handbook published in English? And if so, does anyone have one available?
Reason for asking is cos I've had an email from a Dutch gentleman with a genuine car, but whose handbook is in Italian. He's looking for an English version, even a digital or PDF copy. Can anyone help?
