Hi All

My friend and Club member Jerry Bailey is quad biking to the 4 extreme corners of the UK mainland to raise money for the Piam Brown Children's Cancer Ward at Southampton Hospital.

As many of you know Jerry unfortunately lost his son Robbie in 2008 where he was cared for at the Piam Brown Ward, over the years Jerry has continuously raised funds for the Ward.

If you feel that you could donate the link below will take you to the funding page.

Thanks

Thanks for putting this on Phil, and yes we are off on another madcap idea to raise money for Childrens Cancer research. We will be putting up a map that shows are progress when we restart on Tuesday 3rd May after a delay due to Steve losing his mum to cancer.

Having now ticked off the Lands End leg, our itinerary will be as follows

3rd Salisbury to Yorkshire Dales
4th Yorkshire Dales to Greenock
5th Greenock to Ullapool via Ardnamurchan
6th Ullapool to Inverness via John O Groats
7th Inverness to Kelso
8th kelso to Driffield
9th Driffield to Great Yarmouth via Ness Point
10th Great Yarmouth to Salisbury

We will be keeping to the minor roads and avoiding large towns and cities to best enjoy the fantastic countryside we will be riding through, so 250 miles a day is going to be tough going.

To those of you who have already given so generously, thank you so much, it means so much for us to be able to support such a worthwhile cause.

Please follow our progress and help us to raise our target of £10,000, and if you see us on route anywhere stop and say hello.

Humbly yours

Jerry
