Weird ?autocorrect? on the forum

As title really, I’ve noticed the forum seems to like messing with punctuation. It’ll convert an apostrophe to a question mark quite often, and today it seems to be picking on commas.

If you go back and edit the post, it then accepts what you type. I?ll correct the first paragraph of this post but leave this second one untouched, so maybe it can be investigated.

I note it also did the same trick on the title.

I noticed that it is also replacing the pound note sign with a ?

Ah, another one. (I input a pound sign).

? This one is corrected in edit but it still reverts to a question mark.
