Hi all.

Just going round the car trying to find and fix anything wrong that I find. The clutch master cylinder was leaking, and luckily, it's the same as the X 1/9, so it was only ?35 to replace. Bit of a swine to bleed, but it's fine now.

I've noticed some significant movement in one of the front anti-roll bar drop links and wondered if these are a standard part? I was going to take one of to measure - but just thought it was worth asking first. It's a gp4 car, so might be different to the stradale.

The other thing - I don't have any interior door handles - not sure there's any fixings for any either. Does anyone else have to put the windows down in order to have something to grab to close theirs?

Thanks - Justin.

'Sorry, you mean 'pull handles'?
'Don't think I've ever had any.

There's one illustrated on page 36 of the Super Profile book.
I don't think they are an OE fitment though?

I'd forgotten these pull straps on my dark blue Hawk. But then it is 23 years since I owned it.

I think the pull handles in the Super Profile book are Mk3 Minis, Steve.
And yes, you don't want to rely on the fasteners alone!

Thanks for the replies regarding the interior door handles. I'm fairly sure the stradale that I drove had something fitted - I don't remeber wondering how to close the door in that one like I did when I got into mine.

The anti-roll bar question - I can take a rose joint off to measure, but I wondered if someone might already know the part number. The drop links are fine - just movement in the joints that I want to address.

Thanks all. As usual, there's plenty of help on this fantastc forum.

Justin, here are the part numbers for Stradale and Group 4 front drop links:
Group 4:
49 - ????????? ('ball joint')
26 - 82307866 ('stud')
Stradale:
36 - 82294166 ('socket ball')
22 - 82294168 ('link')
51 - 11701711 ('nut')

'Can't find the part number for the front ARB Group 4 ball joint. I'm still looking.
It looks like a normal female rod end really? If so, those would be available from many outlets.

As you say Chris - a standard female rod end, so I'll take one off to measure up.
Thanks very much for finding and sharing the diagram - much appreciated.

Chris the Stratos Jedi Master, when are going to write the Stratos books! Speaking personally of course, some of us have very small brains & need all the help we can get!

Like you say, you need to write several books!

I don't know what common Italian car these are fitted to Justin?:

I bought some of those plastic ones rom somewhere. I think the were listed as some sort of Fiat.
After all the work I did with the nice shiny spoons, I could not fit plastic pulls!

If you fit some Justin, make sure the fasteners are anchored into something to spread the load. On the back of the door card.
