Thanks everybody for your kind messages of encouragement, they have been and are very much appreciated. I can report that from the end of last week I really do think i am making progress towards normality.

Phil, I have been advised that Payback time will start on Friday, and with regards to my son in laws race efforts, he did win his second race the same day, but had to work hard at it moving from third to win by a margin just short of half a second, and Craig, I don't think the TB's were those you quoted ...!!!!!
