Good Luck with the Tour Phil, Especially Harewood Hillclimb in Reverse, its fast in the right direction, probably scary going down!

I'll try to watch at some point, depends on the progress with my car..... the list is getting shorter, but still got the suspension to sort...

Hi Mick and all

We did finish........... Just............ developed a misfire on SS3 which I could'nt cure, neither could any of the guy's who tried to help, so we just continued with the hope of finishing, which we did........... and as we only picked up 4 minutes road penalties where all the rest were picking up plenty !!, Roger Kilty and Lynette Banks Mk1 Escort who won the event on "Index of Performance" was in in our class.... therefore according to the rules we were promoted to 1st in Class (5) and 13th overall in the Historic.

It was extremely wet but a really good well organised event, pity our car "fouled up" so quickly but at least we were better off than one of the Porsche guy's who wrapped it round a tree only after 1/4 mile !!!!!!!!!!!!............ Ouch

Cheers

with no mediacl support (quack didnt turn up) and insufficient marshals it was ran as an auto test !!!!!!!.............. same stage still balls out but with 2 stop and go's through the stage............. everyone got the same time..... so in theory I was equal first with the leader !!.... LOL

Shame really as it was a good stage
