Craig went, and so did my chassis, here's a picture Craig sent me. He said it wasn't as well attended this year, by visiters or manufacturers. Is that because of a clash with the CPOP? Or is there something else on that weekend. We're lucky to get an event like that every two years.

Gerry couldn't make the show this year and as I'd promised Phil a couple of exhaust manifolds for collection I had a run down to Phils on Saturday (in the Punto...) and we went to Newark (after breakfast, thanks Phil!) about midday and I was amazed how bare the show looked. One hall for manufacturers with a few autojumble stands but the club stands outside weren't well stocked either and the number of people selling stuff outside was way down. The original hall and cattle sheds were all locked up too. There were a number of classic cars there and the highliht for me was an Alfa Romeo Montreal in RHD. I hope Sunday was busier and the weather better!
