MP4 Can I play them on the site?

Yes you can if you follow these steps....

Start your new thread in Advanced mode (bottom Right)

Post your link like this:

http://www.stratosec.com/Videos/abingdon.mp4

Then highlight it and click the "FLV" icon which is the last icon in the above options and save.

You should end up with this!!!
