Hey guys,
Me and a friend (coming from Detroit) are hoping to visit the Listerbell Factory and combine it with watching the motorcycle racing at Isle of Man.
I hear it's prohibitively expensive.
Any tips on how to get there, where to stay, how much to expect to pay?
Also, we are maybe thinking of combining that with 24 hours of Lemans. Any tips on that as well? I hear they are a week apart.

Sounds like the trip of a lifetime!
Can't offer much advice as have done neither trip except to say that the TT on the
Isle of Man is expensive because it's a crowded little place that week. For certain any reasonably priced accommodation will be booked up already for next year and very probably for the year after too.
It's what always puts me off because I can never plan that far ahead.
Camping at both locations may be your best bet but not very practical for visitors flying in. Cars easy to rent but camping equipment less so.
