LED Bulbs and IVA

FYI there is a useful article in the latest edition of Complete Kit Car (Dec) on LED bulbs and headlights and the IVA and insurance impact.

One of the key messages is that aftermarket LED bulbs fitted to filament bulb holders are not legal and will not pass the IVA. (It's not that they are dangerous - just that they haven't been tested)

Best to use ordinary bulbs and swap after passing IVA !
