It's not a Stratos but....

I believe some of you are lovers of all cars Italian. This Fiat was snapped by a mate of mine last weekend at Shelsley.

I seem to remember there was a Fiat 126 with a Busso engine sitting in the back available as an unfinished project for sale in Edinburgh some years ago on Ebay.
Wonder if it ever got finished?
