Ferrero 3 spoke 'Pinto' steering wheel

For sale:

One Ferrero 'Pinto' steering wheel. ('actual Ferrero name for this steering wheel type is 'Saturn')
'Similar to the type used by Bjorn Waldegard in works Stratos, but possibly a narrower rim?
The horn button hole has been enlarged from the standard 41mm to approx. MOMO size.
Nice condition.
