Fiat headlamp 6 terminal rocker switch with the following terminals (doesn't have to have the symbol shown, but would be good):

U H
L
D V
opposite T

I can find new ones in Italy, but the suppliers flatly refuse to ship to the U.K.
Probably 1300 X1/9, or 128, or S1 131.
The correct ones I've seen new are made by Ansor, rather than CAVIS.
