Clamshell Catch Receivers

It seems to be easier to find the Catch side, but not the receiver.

I'm looking for 4 of these receivers:
Attachment 20164
(image sourced from the Bayless website (they don't have any!))

Does anybody have any of these that they're willing to sell, or know where I can find them?

Here's what I have. I intended refurbishing but then found a set already in good condition so have these left over. Let me know if it's of interest - would prefer to keep as a set.
