We are trying something different for this years AGM after 2 successful years at the British Motor Museum.

Cockpit Conference Room
Arrival 11:30 - 12:00 Tea & Coffee
12:00 - 12:30 Buffet Lunch (Sandwiches & Fresh Cakes)
12:45 - 13:45AGM
14:00 - 15:00 Guided Tour of Sywell Aviation Museum


The museum tour is scheduled for approx 1 hour and a donation to support the fantastic work the trustees and volunteers do in preserving this wonderful site is included in the cost

Cost is ?20 per person by PayPal as a gift please (so we don't pay the fees) to: neilbeardsley@icloud.com

Price includes the Teas & coffee, buffet lunch and museum tour.

As usual I will provide a full audit trail of attendees, income & expenditure to our Treasurer

Rooms are available at the Hotel if anyone wishes to break up the journey. Current prices from ?74

It's just a continuation of the ongoing trend of fewer and fewer people attending....it'll soon get to the stage where not even the committee bother going ;)
