Image limitations in posts
Hi all. I'm about to put my Hawk HF2000 up for sale - on here first before launching it onto the wider market.
I may need to get to work cropping/downsizing, so what if any, are the limitations on images please? In particular:
- Max number of images in an individual post
- Max size of an image in pixels
- Max size of an image in bytes
- Max size of all images in a single post in bytes
My camera was set at 4896 x 3264 when I took the pics. Can't work out the image sizes on disc until I can get the things off the camera.
Many thanks
Peter
Re: Image limitations in posts
Hi Peter
I would recommend reducing the size of image to a max of 1000px in 1 direction. Reducing the overall size, will reduce the image size down.
For each post up to a limit of 10 images. So if you have 15 then put 10 in one and then do another post (within the same thread) with the additional and so on.

Peter
Sorry to hear you are selling.
I don't believe there are any limits to any of the settings you have asked about.
i have never run into any issues, I suspect internet upload speed will be the biggest issue.
EDIT
Kevin beat me to a reply and clearly he knows much more than me about these things

Than you for the info chaps. I'll get the text and photos ready over the weekend. The car still looks much the same as in your picture Chris, minus the rear spoiler.
