I’ve now added your club as a visiting car club on the website. When members book, please ask them to use the following link: https://www.shelsleywalsh.com/events...2026-car-clubs to book directly.
They should select the ‘Car Club’ ticket option. On the next page, there will be a dropdown menu, they need to select your car club’s name. (Stratos Enthusiasts Club) This will provide them with the discounted car club ticket price and allow me to track the number of club members attending for your club and mark out the pitch space accordingly.

If any members are also member of the Midland Automobile Club (MAC) they will still need to obtain a Car Club vehicle pass via the website. Again, they should select your club’s name to ensure they are allocated the correct parking zone.
I will forward you a list of those booked and confirmed nearer to the date.
