Seems that x1/9 is about 16.5 mm for the part just close to the key for 2mm thick.
Then is little smaller but can't measure as the pair I have are into the handles and do not want to dismantle !:rolleyes:

For the Montecarlo is also 16,5mm. so maybe worth a try.
