Re: Sorry it's NOT a Stratos for Sale !
Mirage auto are "just down the road" from me - their demonstrator drove past me once when I was out for a walk.
Looks and sounds pretty good to me - but very expensive compared with other simpler options that look almost as good.
It was at Stoneleigh this year too.

'Has no lesser Ferrari donor, like the silver one that Chris C. has posted.
'Having said that, I think Ferrari donors are a thing of the past now?
Even the previously unwanted Ferraris are no longer cheap.
DNA don't claim that there's is a true Replica, Brian goes to great lengths to make it look proportionally correct whilst no being a true mm to mm accurate. They do look good and you didn't get a powered hood on a 250!

Stuff like that makes me smile...close enough to make you look twice (or three times!) and then you end up scratching your head cos you KNOW it's not a real one, but you can't work out what it actually is!
Although....are those MGB rear lights?? Haha!
G'wan, Phil, you know you want to! G'wan, g'wan, g'wan! :) :)

Wow, the Mirage autos replica really looks good, I'd love one of those but that's certainly a few too many dollars for me.
I did see a 250gt California replica a few months ago when I was getting diesel on the way to work one morning. I had a chat to the owner and it turns out it was one of the three cars built for the Ferris Bueller movie. It looked really good, I was shaking when I first pulled up, I thought it was real.

Brian has had the rear light re moulded to lose the MG reflector, but they do look close.
