The originals had them on the inside of the 'b' pillar (at 90 degrees to the rear bulkhead). 'Probably fixed, rather than inertia, I think.
II've tried to find a photograph of the interior of my car in it's first iteration as a RHD Stradale but the album doesn't show the upper mounting for the fixed seat belts I fitted that looked similar to the original cars. I have a feeling that there is another mounting point higher up than the shoulder ones but as the trim is stuck down I can't find it now, I think it was to the side of the rear window but it may also have been on the side. More digging when I next unearth the car - it's buried in Beta bits and cardboard boxes at the moment!
