Although I was planning to be there, it's looking like I won't be able to make it after all. I've pulled a muscle or trapped a nerve in my right shoulder and down my back, and although it's improving, I don't think I can drive that distance without some serious discomfort (according to Google Maps, it's about 200 miles and 3.5 hours each way). Went out this afternoon and after about 45 mins it got too much and I had stop, so barring a miracle I won't be there. But I'll be thinking about Andy during the afternoon, and if you could pass my regrets on to Carol I'd be very grateful - cheers!

Pretty sure that is way we all remember Andy, got the impression today that not much could undo his smile.
So not only did he have an R8 and a Stratos in build, he had a Spitfire as well?? No wonder he was always smiling :) :)
