MOT Time..

Just booked the car in for it's MOT this Saturday.

So I got the old certificate out, it was with the previous 23 so it looks like I'm about to reach a quarter of a century on the road with the car. All the MOT's have been with the same garage too.

Where did all the time go?

Also realised that I got the car in June 1988 when I'd have been 27 & 8 months. Which means I've now had the car more than half my life.....

Following on from Guy's thread I decided to look through all my old MOT's 27 of them in total, the first one was dated 20 May 1989 and development of the car is still on going. David

I suspect this is a pretty exclusive club David! Chris Smith probably has 1 or 2 more than me, Vince Abbott was on the road before me but I suspect his car has been laid up for a few years. David H would be in the same place, I think Phil Jordan was on the road around the same time as me too? Anyone else out there with their car on the road for a quarter century in one ownership?
