I can't find this rate in any of the VED tables. Is this what everyone else pays? (Engine is a 3.0 Alfa V6 CF2 1998)

Because your car is not fully emissions tested then the tax rates revert to the old pre 2001 tax rates.

Not impossible. A fair few years ago I had gone to Monaco for the GP. I can remember seeing a AC Cobra on hand controls and a wheel chair rack on the boot lid.
