Fully understand the costs. Selling half a dozen a year isn't going to make him rich.
Is the cost for a single or for a pair?
JD
Costs for one piece: "menge": 1
Roberto had them for maybe 1500 euros each iirc??
If some members will be interested Marvic is ok to do avery small batch ( mini 2 or 3 pairs) for something like 1000euros each (plus Vat)
Only issue I see is sourcing shock absorbers to match and adapt the top of each brand of chassis ( Allora , Hawk etc !!)
Any idea of cost for the bearing and hub?
At the moment no ; as am trying to source eventual drawings or part to be borrow and then redraw all stuff in 3D
Otherwise there is a company there selling Titanium who did a set of titanium hubs and cv joint splined carrier and the set was more close to 11 000 /12000 euros !!!!!!!! Crazy !
I asked ( as I know their boss ) if it was possible to get drawings !!!! am still waiting the reply ;)
Years ago I did apost on this subject :there was this link

There is one important point to know about Marvic refabrication parts ; they are strictly machined as they where on 70's including the very special steel insert that hold the bearing ( hard to find!).
They deliver with the upright if I remind the special big round screw that pusches onto this bearing ( so alot of tricky machining !!)
Watching at the titaium parts to my modest opinion one steel hubb would cost not below 750/800 euros and quite same for the splined shaft supporting the CV joint
Again this is due to low batches possible for sure and splines to achieve ( now machine shops are very few specialised on such machining!)
For a Hawk owner and to have the geometry correct, it means heavily modified top mounts and the lower inner wishbone mounts moving in by 50mm each side which involves a fair amount of re -fabrication of the lower cradle.
Yes !!!
And quite same issues with LB kits
This is why I doubt some one could be interested on those !!!
I think this is only interesting if some one wanted to replicate in every details the rear tranny ; this will need to think and ingineer before to do the rear tubes !!!!
So very very very rare person I guess:rolleyes::) !!!
Otherwise we know now that the parts are avaible and where ........
Dreaming more ...one day or another someone would redo ( what have been done before !!) "real deal" chassis !!!
But we are no more on the REPLICA world !!!!!
I'm in the process of changing my Hawk chassis to pretty much original Stratos geometry but using a new billet upright. It's a fair amount of work and costing an unhealthy amount of money. As the geometry is, it's probably adding a fair bit to snap oversteer, sure a few have found this.
Just found this add in Holland: http://www.marktplaats.nl/a/auto-ond...Page=lr&pos=13
Woowwwwww !!
never watched before such a batch of second hand parts !!!!
