Just in case anyone forgets to look at the Events for 2014 then there is a very special
RALLYDAY AT CASTLECOMBE CIRCUIT
This year being our 40th year the organisers want to do something very special for us. details to follow but I urge you all to try and make this event.
Opps forgot to ask.....Who might want to do a bit of driving there as well?

The organisers want to do something "Special" for us as it's the 40 year celebration of winning the world championship
We've just received the club booking for 12 cars from Ken which is great. The Lancia Stratos stand would be in the main paddock as usual, probably alongside the Integrales and Fulvias (and Deltas?!). Alongside will be the Gp4 Stratos from Alfaholics, and we're hoping Steve Perez will be able to bring his car making a grand total of 14.
We've also invited Bjorn Waldegard to join us again (I'm waiting for a reply), and I intend to invite Andy Dawson too if it's possible to find a car for him to drive on the day - can anyone help with this??
In addition to the above and to celebrate the anniversary we're also looking at;
- Lancia Stratos Parade: I need to work out timings etc, but I'd like it to head-up the Feature Stage with 2 slow laps in unison on track - if all the members would be keen to take part?
- Rallyday programme feature: a 4+ page feature which covers the cars history and rallying pedigree, with a sidebar promoting the club and maybe a couple of the cars at the show. Do you know someone who could supply words and hi res images??
- Clubmans Stage demo: 6 cars having 1 run each on the Clubmans stage during the afternoon. ie: 6 cars lined up on the Clubmans Stage together - would be great to see 6 Stratos on the stage - but I don't know if your members would want to do this as part of the stage is grass (the broken concrete part is optional!).
We want to make it a memorable day for your members and showgoers alike, so I hope this all sounds good, but please let me have your thoughts and any other ideas which you'd like us to consider for the day.

As some of you maybe aware, Bjorn sadly can't make this year due to ill health.
But...
Just a quick message to let you know that Andy Dawson will be now be joining us at Rallyday to celebrate the 40th Stratos Anniversary.
He'll be bringing his helmet and driving shoes if anyone would like him to drive their car on the day! Please let me know if you do so I can let Andy know beforehand.
As i need to order more tickets and passes is there anyone i may have forgotten or who would like to display their car at this event !!!
