Re: Original 1975 Stradale for Sale
"Stratos" badge is missing on rear panel
-
Re: Original 1975 Stradale for Sale
The whole replacement front end looks a bit odd and pointy as well as the louvers back to front.. As does the rear ride height.
all authentic though eh!

Re: Original 1975 Stradale for Sale
So........ asking for the price should be a waste of time or... of ........................... money !!!!! Re LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL:D:D;)

Re: Original 1975 Stradale for Sale
Missing wheel centre caps.
Not a fan of body coloured rear lamp surrounds.
Mismatched petrol caps.
Left front indicator protrudes further than the right one?
Truly horrible exhaust heat shield.
No interior shots but the view from the front shows seats with very rounded tops?
I wonder if the price is dropping to a point one of us can afford it yet??
Guy

Re: Original 1975 Stradale for Sale
If the owner wanted to make his car pass off as a replica - he succeeded. So, if looking to create an authentic replica of a "genuine" - to be established - Strato's, use this one as a model and save yourself a small fortune. If mine gets mistaken for an LB STR I will be a happy man. ;)

Guy,
Do you reckon the front indicator lenses are the wrong way up/round?
Left on right, right on left?
Yes, I've decided they are upside down.
It's a theme?

Re: Original 1975 Stradale for Sale
I think you're right Chris.
Headlamp pods poorly installed too, not flush! So easy to put right, why do they cock these little things up?

Re: Original 1975 Stradale for Sale
What's going on with front rad grille and rear air intake mesh.

Yes, 'just a sheet of mesh with no frame.
With that in mind, the edge of the front grille recess ought to be painted black?

Re: Original 1975 Stradale for Sale
We had a chat about this at work today and agreed we think it's this car that has always popped up on google Stratos images as a red car.
Same stance, front clam with spoiler, wheels, California mirror positions, and exactly same exhaust shield.... ?

Re: Original 1975 Stradale for Sale
Red under the clams then??!! Or is this photoshop at work?
-
Re: Original 1975 Stradale for Sale
Good spot...Looked better when it was red...needs the contrast of some black in either colour.
-
Re: Original 1975 Stradale for Sale
So is it real or imaginary?

Ouppps!! very very clever and good spot indeed!!!!
So did they paint her differently to succeed in selling due to previous fails ???????
Or is it only a change of owner for money profit ?????

Hi Tim,
No, it's been painted green.
There's a limit to what PhotoShop can do.
'Good spot Rob. It's that same (red) car for certain.

Cant claim that one, it was Mr White, but he is busy working every available hour of the day.

Why on earth did they need to do a remake?
I refuse to watch it.

I can imagine.
I remember someone commenting on the length of Craig's hair at Stoneleigh a couple of years ago.
No time for such frivolous things?!
