So the first issue is £1.99, followed by 400 weekly instalments at £100 each...........................just like the new terminator build 1:2 scale that is being advertised at the moment.
Just seen the Terminator ad....going to work out expensive. You can buy a full size one from Universal studios for less than that!
Andy, maybe you could do a Terminator-inspired guitar...pair of illuminated red eyes in the scratchplate, body just stainless or nickel-plated tubes with everything inside on display. A sort of "spaceframe guitar" :)
....except it'd probably be a bastard to make, and sound crap...oh well, I'll get me coat...

Well we've not done too bad here - gone from building a Stratos in weekly parts to getting a job offer from a luthier. If that doesn't count as a major thread hijack I dunno what does :)

Well what about one in the shape of a side-on view of a Stratos, with the neck extending from the nose or tail? And of course you could call it....a StratosCaster... OK, that's me done on the guitar front :)
Sorry to tell you this Norm, but a forum member already has dibs on the name!! A Stratos themed guitar has been designed though with a V6 pickup! Not sure when it'll surface as business is a bit mental at the moment. :cool:
Ah well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad... will the V6 pickup be Italian? I expect the overall design will be short and wide and you'll need long arms to play it, with your feet slightly offset to the right. And any switches you use will be off an old Fiat :) :)
