To avoid a clash of dates I have moved the garage day in Buxton Derbyshire to Saturday 19th October. This is just before the clocks do their thing at the end of the month. There are a number of good roads to drive on in Derbyshire so a drive can be arranged for the Sunday or organised separately for another time. Let me know if you can attend and your thoughts on a drive out.

2 1/2 hours each way from home will be enough for me.

Fellas, sorry to be a pain, but Neil's been putting in the hours sorting out a date for the AGM.....and it's Sun 22nd Sept at Gaydon. He was planning on posting on here shortly. Nothing stopping people attending both but could be too much for some.
Gordon, if you're tempted to alter your date, can you avoid the 7th as well as that's gonna be the date of the Northern Run, as I've just managed to confirm a date with the hotel! Again, not had chance to announce the gig yet as waiting for a special code from the hotel that gets us the group booking rate. Who knew September would be so popular??? :)

Sorry. Th local car club has reminded me that we are doing a charity event (Supercars and Superheroes) at a local SEN school that day. Sorry but I will not be able to make it.

It seems as though there is interest in a run out on Sunday following the garage day. Tim and myself will do a drive this coming week to get a route worked out.

Unfortunately my car is off the road due to severe suspension issues which are unlikely to be fixed in time, but I would still like to come - in my Volvo if that's OK.
I'll keep my distance from the Stratos's on the run of course !!

Reminder time about the garage day in Buxton on Saturday 19th October and a drive around Derbyshire on the Sunday. Let me know who is interested. Tim W and I will confirm the route, when we specked it out initially it was about 95miles and 3 3/4 hours without stops.
