Lancia Motor Club (LMC) National Rally Sunday 21st July 2024 - Invitation

I am delighted that our club has been invited to attend the Lancia Motor Club National Rally once again this year at Royal Leamington Spa on Sunday 21st July 2024. Such a great display of Lancia's from all eras. Last years event was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended and I believe was possibly the biggest turnout for the club with c14 cars on Show.

Free to attend on the Sunday but you need to complete the booking form to give the organisers a view on numbers. Sunday lunch does need to be pre booked on the form and is very reasonably priced

I fancied going this year but will be leaving the country on the Sunday morning so can't attend.

I booked in a while ago just for the Sunday, as it's Classic Nostalgia on Saturday at Shelsley Walsh and we're taking the Strat up the hill (all being well).
Not sure which car we'll be in on Sunday - hopefully the Stratos but it can be a bit of a grind over distance.
It will be great to meet up with any other members that can make it - looking forward to it whatever the weather.

Jacob is a VERY lucky lad... Our good friend Dave Allen is not quite full health at the moment & he has VERY kindly entrusted his Coupe to Jacob, after 38 years Dave thinks the car needs a new adventure, he is right , new adventure it is :)

If Sara decides not to attend we may well still be in the Stratos.

Simple answer - yes (although maybe not in the Stratos...) :)

I have messaged Mark from LMC. He would like us to arrive just after 10:30 if possible.
I am back from hols tomorrow so will sort a pre meeting point out and update asap if people are interested as it worked well last year.

I shall be on the slip road on the entry to the Ramada Hotel (same as last year) from c 10:00 am before leaving at 10:30 if anyone wants to meet up. I am presuming the hotel is still allocated to asylum seekers.

The Service Road by the Ramada Hotel off the Kenilworth Road Roundabout, A452, CV8 2LN, just south of the junction of the A452 with the A46. This is just North of the LMC venue.

Morning guys. I was hoping to join you today, but my elder brother has tested positive for COVID last week (as I told Basher) and he is a vulnerable person. So boxing clever and staying away. I just looked at the photo and thought who is the old git looking at my car and then realized it is me. Ha ha.
Guys sorry I did not make it to the Lancia day this year, but I was booked into this event before the Lancia day came up.

Some more photos from the Event yesterday. We thought perhaps we should run a competition to "Spot the Original" !!!

We did ask a Lady of a certain age who came to chat with some of us that question. She told us she knew her Lancias. and could identify them by their four stud wheels.

We let her carry on believing that.
