Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show NEC 7-9 November 2025

We are pleased to confirm that our application for the 2025 Lancaster Insurance NEC Classic has been successful.
This is a great event and are cars are always well received. Last years grouping with the wider Lancia club stands received very positive feedback and made for a great display and will continue this year

We will be asking for volunteers to help set up on the Weds 5th & Thurs 6th and help run the stand on Fri Sat Sun. I will post details when I return from holiday

If you are interested in helping on the stand during the event please let us know, your support is greatly appreciated. As per previous years we are looking for 2 possibly 3 people each of the show days to help on the stand from c09:00 - 17:00.

It would be great if you could help out on one of the days. I will put you on the list. We have a 3 car stand with 2 allocated.
I know we chatted earlier in the year about the NEC, but if you want to email or pm if there is a possibility your car may now be available for our stand.

We have finalised the display cars for our stand this year. I am delighted to announce we have Justin’s original car as the centre piece alongside myself and Phil’s cars. I’ll provide further updates as the stand design develops.
Volunteer wise we are pretty much covered ( Post #2 updated) but if anyone is interested please post on here as I’m not sure on our complimentary ticket allocation yet.

Couple of weeks to go. Thanks again to all volunteers on the stand, I will touch base with you individually next few days to update on wristband collection / distribution.
Phil and Justin have finalised and confirmed their details, massive thanks to you both for providing display cars. Car display passes have been emailed, I will confirm final timings for Weds 5th stand set up in next few days.

Firstly a great big thank you has to go to Justin, Phil and Neil for loaning their cars to display on our stand. These cars, as members will I'm sure appreciate, provided huge interest throughout the duration of the Show together with the other cars displayed on the rest of the combined Lancia display.

Secondly, I give my very grateful personal thanks to the Club members who helped with both the 2 set up days, manning throughout the 3 show days, and the dismantling of the stand.

Phil & Neil who did the 5 days, Justin, Steve C, (and soon to be Steve's Son in Law George), Aaron, Chris J, David J, David B, Richard C, Gordon, Kevin, Peter H and Chairman Norman who probably traveled the furthest from Carlisle to be with us.

Your help and support was very, very much appreciated.

As Chairman, I eccho Robin's sentiments - Big Ta to all who manned the stand or even just popped in to say Hello. Much gratitude to Phil, Justin and Neil for the loan of the cars! I was only there on Sunday and sloped off early to try and get a head start on the traffic (major fail there...) so it was still a bit late by the time I got home. Always makes me wonder why they hold the gig in November when there's hardly any daylight!! :confused:
