Hebden Bridge show 6th August 2022
Hi all
We went to Hebden Bridge show today.
Nice weather and great turn out.
No other Stratos, but a guy turned up called Steve Ellis.
He lives about 3 miles from Hebden Bridge and said to say hello to John Hincliffe "who used to spanner for him"
EDIT John Davidson
He said he has a Corse I with Cosworth KV6 engine the throttle bodies, Quaife sequential gearbox and AP brakes all round.
I don't think it is set up for road use and may not be running.
I will go and have a look in a few weeks I think.
Regards
Steve

It's me actually not John H.
Not seen Steve for a good few years. Certainly a pre covid Neil Howard Stages at Oulton.
Hope he's well. Give him my regards if you go and visit the workshop.
It's an impressive car, well thought out for tarmac stages and with an all-important ( and hard fought for) MSA logbook.
I sat in with Steve at the Richard Burns Memorial event at RAF Marham some years back. A great experience.

John
Sorry post edited.
He did say he was thinking of getting "on the road" and dropping it off to Craig to sell.
I did mention the forum for all lots of advice etc, but he is not into computers.

Yes Steve, I edited my post to but thats dissappeared!?
Anyway, yes, Steve E has never been into the forum. He's an old fashioned hands on practical guy!
Would be a shame to see it go in a way, but with that log book it could be used for what it was created for which would be good.
