    Re: Nice 166 3.0 24v at Auction

I've never driven one. I sat in one of the cars on show at Stoneleigh about 127 years ago when I was first thinking about getting one and I had a little run in the passenger seat of a demo car just...

There's bound to be some Japanese engines that no sane person would use, Norm. I think Toyota do something from the old Camry I think. I recon you could bodge one of them to fit in.

Ann Summers do something similar but you have to buy the batteries separately.

Re: Modern Classics Magazine signs off......

I was really sorry to hear that. I'd bought every issue from day 1 and genuinely enjoyed them all. It was the only car magazine that I probably read every page including all the ads, dealer ads and...

I guess you'll get an ointment for that and if you rub it on a couple of times a day it will be good for you.

    Re: Nice X1/9 at Auction

    That looks nice.

I’ve had three X1/9s and none looked that tidy. Not sure I’d spend anywhere near 9k on one tho.

Re: Driving a LHD Stratos in the UK

When I told my car fanatic mates I was having my car built LHD they said I was daft.
That may or may not be relevant to the LHD thing tho.

It hasn't impacted us directly yet. Wendy has worked from home 2 or 3 days / week for years so that side of things is seamless. I only work 6-8 hrs/week so can be pretty flexible about where and...
