Re: Alfa 3.0l engine cylinder liners.

I've been looking for an hour or so and can't find any housings anywhere. Sorry but I think you might have to consider alternatives?

You'd need 2 of these to do the one Gerry supplies...

Re: Alfa 3.0l engine cylinder liners.

Hi Ian - Gerry sells a moulding that's the same as original and uses the lenses and bulb holders from a Mk2 Ford Escort but it's fiddly to make it all fit and you end up with thin fiberglass/perspex....
  4. Re: Dashboard switches / shrouds and brake warning light

These switches can be dismantled and reassembled fairly easily if you need to swap out terminals to add circuits by gutting other switches. What nobody has mentioned yet is the connector blocks they...
  5. Re: Dashboard switches / shrouds and brake warning light

Gerry used to suggest it in Transformer days but I can't remember ever seeing one. I suspect that it was the closest anyone could find back in the day when research into minor parts was limited to a...

Re: Wanted - 12v rusty runners

Sorry Chris - none in my spares piles that I can see! I have found a pair of the inlet manifolds that bolt to the hear if you need any for experimentation?

Re: Lancia Beta Strut Top Mounts - 3 off

I notice that one of the mounts has a roller bearing attached. This isn't needed for the kit as the McPherson strut on longer needs to rotate. Can whoever bought this save it please, I believe that...

    Re: Goodwood Revival

First Ferrari I ever went in was a 1963 250GTO around Aintree Race Circuit for 20 minutes (as a passenger) with the owner using the full track, lots of drifting and opposite lock and cone clipping....

    Re: pipe beader

Beads are essential on any pipe operating under pressure - this sort of tool is something that you'll only use on a limited number of occasions so the price is hard to justify on an individual level,...

    Re: Southport Classic Car Show

There was plenty of room Norm! What was an issue was their ability to handle the number of entrants they had. It was worse than the NEC to get in and out of. I won't bother again!

    Southport Classic Car Show

This was organised by Mirhan Hirvonian this year, two Integrales, a Fulvia Coupe plus my Stratos rep. His 17yo daughter also pitched up in her Citroen 2CV that she passed her test in recently....

    Re: Everyone loves a Stratos!

There's something that looks wrong about this to me. The rear side window has a flat lower edge. Having looked at various pictures of DB4GT Zagatos I now realise that it's correct but that they also...

    Re: LB STR for sale

I don't think a mix and match policy on any car will affect it's value. Unless it's a Ford/Vauxhall/Toyota door handle etc. obviously. Something that's difficult to remove and install the correct...
