Great vid.

For me, personally, the Stratos was the first car I had a poster on the wall for, growing up as a nipper. Come the Eighties & I added an Integrale & a 288 GTO (whilst all my mates were putting up...
Ah, ok, I think I get it now. When you use the word "homage" to describe the replicas, then that is my kind-of light bulb moment. I also didn't appreciate how they were originally conceived &...
Chris, why is an LB STR "a kit car first & a turnkey product second"? Is that due to the numbers of each?
Cheers,

Ok, but the Cyan has a engine derived from the race series as well as AP brakes etc, so nothing genuine there.
I don't hear Caterhams commonly being referred to as kit cars so why an LB? A...
Reading about the latest tremblingly-gorgeous Restomod (the Cyan) got me thinking about the differences between a replica like a Lister Bell or Hawk vs. (say) an Alfaholics GTA-R. Donor engine to one...
Yep, done just that already....

Dunno if I'm doing summat wrong but when I go to check out the seller stipulates he doesn't ship to the UK.

Most Atom owners carry the front number plate sticker in the "boot", just in case they get a tug from the Old Bill. But, according to the law, that's not right. You are left to the whims of the...
Glory. That vid is absolutely mint, love it.
The variations in tone of the co-driver are priceless.

"Vendor Score total: 98/100"
That's a tad optimistic, to me!

HM breezes past a row of 037's at one point as if they were two a penny. That made me chuckle...

What a lovely howl.
The 3.2 V6 in my 156 GTA doesn't "quite" make that same noise

When's the bit about a Stratos in the clip, roughly?

Couldn’t agree more. Love the LHD in the Integrale. I’ll defo be going the same for the LB.

Not teaching you or anyone to suck eggs but the inside of it is smooth, aye? As in, won't damage the paintwork in any way as it's dragged over/ off the car?
I made the mistake of buying a cheapo...
Keen price, too. No mention of whether it has an LSD but, still...

Alfa GT's - with the 3.2 lump in them - are still relatively cheap. 3k-ish?

Ariel are less draconian than what it appears. If there are mitigating circumstances - such as losing your job etc - they’ll return your deposit. They’re both really cool guys, the two brothers who...

Thanks for the offer, appreciate it.

I'm interested. I'll need pics - especially as I'm not going to be able to exactly pop over to see them :-)

Front wings go for a fortune. They're invariably rusty (mine are) but you could easily get 250 a pop for them, regardless. I might be interested in the leather if/ when you decide to flog it.

Good grief, what an absolutely appalling advert. Nigh on 8-year old pics, the briefest of write ups & a "pretty" ambitious sale price.
Surely that won't sell at anything like it?
