    Depends. I used to have a contact that could have done it for you for nowt (the scanning bit) but he's moved on to another company unfortunately. If it's only that size then maybe knocking up a model...

    Yes. You need some form of 3D scanner that outputs to a CAD model that can then be used to generate a file for 3D printing, such as a STL file.

    How big is the part?

    All new cars are massive compared to what they were when I was a kid. Saw a new shape Micra yesterday, it was the size of an original Focus I reckon.

    PIAAs with their own mounting flanges. The Flanges cost about the same as the lamps! :(. 435 in lamps and surrounds right there.......

    I got these too. But obviously not used them yet!

    3 inch shoulder and waist straps and the aluminum quick release adjust on both. Had to special order them from Sabelt's UK distributor.

    Well I never, I'd seen that car when it was up for sale recently before Paul posted those pics. It has an 'LH' numberplate on it so perhaps it's a sign.....
