    Re: Harness/belts

I got these too. But obviously not used them yet!

3 inch shoulder and waist straps and the aluminum quick release adjust on both. Had to special order them from Sabelt's UK distributor.

    The QR...

    Re: Looking for a Stratos

I'm afraid my knowledge of what to look for on original cars is non-existent as the chances of me ever being able to afford one is ZERO!

Good luck with the search, and keep us posted please!

    Re: Chairman's Rant, July 2019

A lot of the issue is around people's expectations. Because we are used to filling a car from empty to full in 5 mins and that can give you up to 800 miles in some cars that's what we use as the...

    Re: Steering Column Stalk

I can confirm that I did have the same issue with both this type and 2 others (both genuine). Seems like they copied the original one perfectly, including all it's 1970's Italian electrical foibles!

    Re: Chairman's Rant, July 2019

Norm I agree fully with your 'despair' relating to the way cars are going. For 'sports cars' manufacturers are focused on figures. Modern cars are insanely fast and full of gadgets and computers that...

Stratos at the FoS (up the main hill)

Was watching it live on the Youtube stream this morning and it seemed to get more of a reaction from the commentators than anything else. They were babbling on like kids :D

Yeah, how inconsiderate of you! :p. Even better I was born in 1969 so the LPH69 is even more relevant.

Well I never, I'd seen that car when it was up for sale recently before Paul posted those pics. It has an 'LH' numberplate on it so perhaps it's a sign.....

Just watching it on Dave. It's the one were they buy cars at auction and go on a 'rally'. They buy a Midget, A Citroen and a Lanchester.

Going round the track on one of the stages there is a Green...

    Nick Mason had a Strato's!

I never knew Nick Mason had a Strato's! Google brought up an article that says:

'MANY OTHER FERRARIS HAVE COME AND GONE over the years, including a Dino 246 GTS which became a part exchange for a...

    166 24v 3.0 gearbox bell housing FOC

    Strato's Artwork

    Re: Gp4 Bodywork colours variations

The Aseptogyl scheme really shouldn't work. On paper white red and pink seems wrong but having seen Andy's (Ducatiman) I can tell you that is really does work!
