    Re: Corse on TV

Yes Bernard Rooney had more than one Corse in his time.
He did, I think I'm right in saying, some rounds of the Scottish tarmac championship with Hugh Carson in the Honda engined car. Not sure what...

Were " several prototypes " built with the Fulvia engine?
I've read most of the books, a while ago admittedly, but I don't recall mention of anything other than the Zero?

    Re: EPAS for the Stratos

I will keep up reports of progress Peter. But I don't think there will be any more progress for a month or so.
It's worth keeping in mind that my own LB chassis is of the earliest variety so my...

    Re: EPAS for the Stratos

    Let me qualify that.
I find myself wondering why you would go to the lengths of modification outlined for the Corsa B column when Easysteer can add an assistance motor to virtually any column....

    Re: EPAS for the Stratos

Hi Ken, if you look at post 66 in Dave Evans thread " LB part deux", I'm pretty sure the photo shows the Fiat stalks affixed to the end of the Corsa B column.
Easy-steer will install an epas unit to...

    Re: EPAS for the Stratos

I'm looking at this at the moment Ken. For my LB.
But there are a lot of columns out there to choose from now.
Nissan Juke is a short unit which might suit.
I'm hoping to get hands on with a few...

It certainly looked the part Gerard.
Time to get it sorted again!

    Certainly a likeness there Guy but I don't think it's him!🙂
Last time I saw Dave was in Cyprus. He was living and working from there. And that must be at least ten years ago.

7 tons! That's a lot. I hope you've still got the logs!? 7 tons of good firewood has got to be worth over a grand? Equipment like that don't come cheap.

    Re: 50 year Stratos Book

I think I'd quite like to hear that story but 75 seems a but much for doing so.
Can't see the local lending library getting it in anytime soon though.
