    The engine was not built by me, but Iím currently rebuilding it as the throttle body veritable potentiometer packed...

    My 12v v6 Alfa engine rebuild has found another hurdle!
    As the engine makes 50hp more than a standard engine, Iím reluctant to put standard bearing...

    As Guy has said about the backing plate, if you are able to drill and tap it you won’t need nuts on the inside that catch the inner arch seal.

    In the 90’s the rear wing was not to give downforce but to help the cars over the jumps in the air, and to keep the cars stable in flight by keeping them flat.
    I know that it works on the Stratos...

    Most of the time in the aircraft industry they use wide foot anchor nuts held in place with 120’ counter sunk black alloy rivets which are very soft.

    Hi All
    Had my Alfa 3.0L engine stripped after the engine went bang, when the throttle potentiometer packed up and the ECU over fuelled it!
    After that engine got a bad habit and started to smoke....
