    Re: Steering Wheel Shimmy

That’s what I thought, the tapers on the wheels and bolts would centralise the wheel on the hub. Apparently not enough resulting in steering wheel shimmy at speeds of over 60. Spigot rings are...

    Re: Steering Wheel Shimmy

The first run in the car with the spigot rings in place was a revelation, at 60 and above the steering wheel remained still. No more vibrio hand massage. I was like a dog with two c**ks.

    Re: 2020 mileage?

I faired a bit better than that, Norm’s Drive in August accounted for most of my mileage being about 450. I may be did another 150 diving about locally making 600 in total. My rough cost per mile is...

We were out and about the other day and spotted a peloton of about 10 riders taking up the whole of one carriageway. Tour de Yorkshire I think not!!!!. Oh for a box of drawing pins that would steady...
  15. Re: Northern Drive-Out - Pennines, Kielder and the Borders - Fri 6th & Sat 7th August 2021

No problem, the Yorkshire Drive I organise usually has a variety of cars as does Norm’s. In fact Norm’s 2019 had no Strats at all due to the biblical rain that was forecast.
